At Twelve Below, I seek breakthrough ideas from special founders early in their journey. I’ve spent the last 10 years as a partner at leading seed firms Lerer Hippeau and Collaborative investing at the seed stage.

Prior board roles include: Allbirds (NASDAQ: BIRD), Step, Mirror (NASDAQ: LULU), Leaflink, Teamshares, Transfix, Monument, Guideline, Crexi, Parsec (NYSE: U), Hungryroot, OpenTrons, Loyal, Accrue Savings. Other brands that I've influenced include: Mighty, Outbrain, Gyft, TrueHold, Dutch, Accrue Savings, Sora Schools and Campus.

At Twelve Below, I invest as a first believer, looking for exceptional talent working on breakthrough ideas before they are obvious. I look for founders focused on systems and design, building edges in product that help carve out data moats.

Before Twelve Below, I was on strategy and customer success teams at Komodo Health, building data products and analytics applications serving pharma, payors, and providers.

I am a Bay Area native turned New Yorker and graduated from Columbia University with a degree in neuroscience. In my free time, I run marathons, enjoy live music, and cook dishes from around the world in my tiny kitchen.

I seek founders with earned insights about a market and category-defining visions for their businesses. Prior to Twelve Below, I worked as an investor at Red Sea Ventures, an early stage fund based in NYC. I grew up in Tenafly, New Jersey and earned my undergraduate degree from Columbia University.
